Bodega y Viñedos O. Fournier has built a winery equipped with the latest technology. It has a capacity of 1.2 million litres in stainless steel, oak and cement vats. The winery has been designed to work with gravity to minimise the use of pumps. The underground cellar can hold up to 2,800 oak barrels at a constant temperature and humidity.
