Salentein Lodge (Posada Salentein) is on Ruta 89 in Tunuyán, tucked behind the Salentein winery complex. It has the feel of a secluded ranch without overdoing the wine theme. The European owners’ art collection is on display throughout the property.
There are 16 rooms, a restaurant, a swimming pool, bikes to use and indoor parking. The setting is quiet and surrounded by vineyards and native vegetation at over 1,200 meters above sea level.
It’s a good option if you want to stay in the Uco Valley instead of commuting from the city. You wake up in the vineyard and the Killka gallery, chapel and winery restaurant are all a short walk away.
The Uco Valley has several wineries worth visiting within a short drive from here.
