Founded at the end of the 90’s, Bodegas Salentein has been a precursor of what the Uco Valley is today, as much for its architecture as for the high quality of its wines. Situated at more than 1,200 meters above sea level, surrounded by its vineyards and native flora, the building stands out for its original design: four wings forming a cross at whose center are the cellars, and also for its technology. A chapel, the Killka art gallery, and the killka restaurant have been added. The Posada Salentein, close by, offers a chance to relax at the foot of the Andes.
