The Cooking Class is made at Susana Balbo Winery. The chef is inspired in Argentina’s fire technics for cooking. The objective is to teach to our guests different methods of cooking with fire: grill, wood oven, steal pan, iron cauldron, direct flame and wire. The class also includes the symbolic experience of the Mate, Argentinian traditional infusion. Then, the dessert is prepared and the preparation of meat empanadas. Guests will make hash and folding, and then tourists taste their own creation. Afterwards, they select the technique for cooking the meat for their main course lunch: grill, wood oven, cooking disc, iron caldron, flame and wire.
