Cooking Class: Hands on the Dough
The cooking class is made at Susana Balbo Winery. The class consists in an Italian-Argentinean option, where you learn about the influence of Italian culture in our gastronomy and in wine making. We start making the field bread. Then continue preparing the pizza dough to cook on the grill. Guests select ingredients for the topping. Finally, the pasta is made. In this case the visitor can choose between Fettucchini, tagliatele, paparelle, and many others. Finally, they prepare two different sauces: dry tomatoes and mushroom ragout.
